Kubba Roonga - Old World Charm and Hospitality
Kubba Roonga Guesthouse has seven well appointed rooms each individually decorated to make you feel special. Both queen rooms and twin share are available, and all rooms have ensuites. Five rooms have ensuite spas for the perfect unwind at the end of the day.

| Inclusions: | These rates include a lavish breakfast for
two people. A full traditional English breakfast is served with special
treats such as free range eggs, home made jams and fresh sourdough bread. Breakfast is
accompanied by plunger coffee or tea to your liking and a choice
of fruit juices. Please see the example
breakfast menu. All guests receive chocolates on arrival. Complementary port is available beside the open fire to make lazy fireside evenings complete. Devonshire tea is provided on Saturday afternoons, and is too good to miss! If you intend being out on Saturday afternoon, make sure you tell us so we can save you some. |

Winter Season
We've had our first snow fall of the season, and Santa is packing
his sleigh for the ride to Blackheath for a mountains Yulefest!
We're expecting another fantastic Blackheath winter with crisp frosty mornings, open fires,
the occasional snow fall, roast ham, roast turkey, carols and presents.
Yulefest is celebrated on several weekends during June, July & August
(please see Yulefest for dates and details).
A two night weekend minimum booking applies throughout the winter period.

Booking Conditions (Applies to all Bookings)
When booking directly, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your room.
Payment of the deposit is via Visa or Mastercard.
Personal cheques only acceptable if booking more than 30 days in advance.
The balance is payable on checkin, by Visa, Mastercard, Eftpos, cash or bank cheque only.
Please note that the deposit is non-refundable if booking is cancelled less than 30 days prior to checkin,
and the full amount of the booking is due if cancelling less than 7 days prior to checkin.
